Regulatory Affairs Manager



  • Implement lifecycle product management process, from dossier submission until MA (Marketing Authorization) termination/withdrawal.

  • Contribute in Regulatory Affairs oversight for local contract manufacturing activities for Pharma products, including local opportunities Regulatory Affairs review.

  • Life sciences University degree (MSc/PhD in Life Sciences will be
    considered an asset).
  • At least 5 years of work experience in Regulatory Affairs.

Medical Advisor Cardiology - Pharmaceuticals


  •  Exchange peer-to-peer medical and scientific information with Bayer Pharmaceuticals (BPH) customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a scientific expert between Bayer and the medical community through education and the development and dissemination of scientific data and materials.
  • Provide medical support to the local Business Unit to support the local business needs of the organization and to ensure business success.
  • Partner with the brand team in the development of the clinical part of promotional materials, visual aids, advertisements etc.
  • Provide a source of expertise to advice on medical aspects of commercial activities and product support.
  • Assist in the dissemination of balanced, substantiated and relevant information about the company’s products on request to the medical and pharmacy professionals and to BPH Medical Affairs and Marketing & Sales personnel.
  • Oversee process of Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management at country level for the respective Therapeutic Area BU portfolio and serve as liaison with KOLs on a country level.
  • Oversee medical affairs activities connected to the respective Therapeutic Area BU scientific publication processes, Regional KOL development programs and Regional medical congress activities.
  • Review and approve advertising and promotional materials for medical content (in accordance with local law).
  • Assists in developing medical part of the package insert and product monographs when requested.
  • Provide field based medical information/education to physicians.
  • Assist in CME program development and organization and participate in scientific committees.

  • Education
  • University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy is a must
  • Skills
  • Preferably 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/ consumer care industry
  • Knowledge of medical therapeutic areas within Bayer Pharmaceuticals.
  • Extensive knowledge about EU and local regulations for pharmaceuticals products
  • Customer focused / action oriented / strong partnering skills
  • Presentation skills - good communication skills, both verbal and in writing. Ability to deliver scientific content in clear and understandable messages
  • Willingness to learn and develop, study and apply complex data from multiple and diverse sources
  • Ability to prioritize work efficiently with proven time management skills
  • Native Romanian and very good skills in English
