Brand Manager - Pharma

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops and proposes the relevant local marketing strategies for assigned products.
  • Monitor and supervise the implementation of marketing tactics in order to achieve the objectives of market share and sales volume, according to the agreed strategic plans.
  • Manage the quantitative and qualitative performance of assigned products nationwide.
  • Adapt and propose marketing strategy for assigned products.
  • Continuously monitor the performance of the products portfolio and proposes measures to adjust to market requirements in order to achieve financial objectives;
  • Provide periodic control (monthly) of all direct costs and analyzes the effectiveness of marketing strategy & action vs expenses;
  • Manage and develop professional relationship with key customers and opinion leaders;
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve the objectives set.
  • Initiate & analyze market research for assigned products (products portfolio);
  • Develop, adapt and product marketing presentations for the Sales Department, customers, congresses, symposiums and other events in the medical and regular internal meetings;
  • Maintain relationships with external suppliers, such as advertising agencies/marketing agencies and public relations;
  • Provide help and coaching to the Sales Team about promotion materials/presentations to the highest professional standards and for achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor, collect and inform about all adverse events, quality complaints and individual questions received from HealthCare Professionals related to Bayer Pharma/ ConsumerHealth products.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

Education:

  • University degree, preferably in the pharmaceutical/medical area; marketing studies represent an advantage;

Experience:

  • Preferably 2 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, of which at least 1 year experience in marketing;
  • Knowledge of products therapeutic area at Bayer Pharma;
  • Very good knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing.

General skills:

  • Very good analytical and communication skills;
  • Good administrative and organizational skills;
  • Orientation towards continuous improvement;
  • Good at networking internally and externally;
  • Establish strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and opinion stable;
  • Ability to make consistent judgments based on available data;

RESPONSABILITATI:

 

  • Monitorizeaza performanta produselor din portofoliu si propune masuri de ajustare la cerintele pietei, in vederea atingerii obiectivelor financiare;

  • Colaboreaza cu celelalte departamente (Vanzari, Medical, Logistica, etc) in vederea atingerii obiectivelor stabilite (plan de vanzari, documentatie pentru autoritatile in domeniul sanatatii, congrese si alte evenimente medicale);
  • Identifica clienti noi;
  • Elaboreaza, adapteaza si sustine prezentari de marketing despre produse pentru departamentul de vanzari, clienti, congrese, simpozioane, alte evenimente in domeniul medical si intalniri interne periodice;
  • Ofera suport si coaching echipei de vanzari pentru asigurarea unei promovari medicale la cele mai inalte standarde profesionale, precum si pentru atingerea tintelor de vanzari;

  • Realizeaza planul de vanzari agreat cu superiorul direct;

  • Studii superioare (preferabil in domeniul farmaceutic-medical; studiile de marketing constituie un avantaj)

  • Обобщава и представя данните от своята работа за целите на отделите по маркетинг и продажби. Взема активно участие в техническото обучение на екипите по продажби и маркетинг;
  • Управлява и полага грижи за поддръжка на поверената техника – мини парцелен комбайн, малък трактор, пръскачки.

 

ИЗИСКВАНИЯ:

 

  • Дипломиран агроном
  • Професионален опит като действащ агроном
