YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Lead of the sub-cluster CH Regulatory team and member of the sub-cluster management team
  • Responsible for RA related budget in Romania and Bulgaria
  • Lead, develop and direct the Regulatory team in the sub- cluster to ensure consumer centricity, innovation and regulatory excellence
  • Foster the business growth and sustainability by managing regulatory activities and processes in line with the overall local and regional strategy
  • Drive the implementation of regulatory strategy, tailored to the special needs of the country.
  • Actively support the local organization with product-related issue and risk management activities
  • May serve as Bayer representative to local trade association regulatory committees

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • Education: university degree in life science
  • Knowledge of national and European regulatory requirements and experience in managing national and /or European registration procedures
  • Customer focus & commercial awareness. Team spirit and people management skills.
  • Minimum 5 year of experience in regulatory affairs
  • Knowledge of non-medicinal products legislation (e.g. cosmetics, food supplements, medical devices) and experience in maintaining non-medicinal products lifecycle.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and assertively with sound negotiation skills. Ability to communicate complex information to all levels.
  • Ability to prioritize work efficiently with proven time management skills, flexibility and integrity.

Accountant – Country Platform (fix term contract – replacement of maternity)

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Initiate requests for new / changes of GL accounts or other GL master data according to defined work procedures
  • Perform manual General Ledger postings via WPA as defined within the activity split. Support in collaboration with SSO stabilization and increase of processing posting requests originating from non-Accounting functions via WPA in order to achieve qualitative and efficient processing.
  • Perform monitoring and clearing of Accounts which are in responsibility of the country
  • Responsible to perform HB1 related evaluations (plausibility checks) and postings
  • Support the overall closing process together with the SSO Organization
  • Review the closing results and follow up with business; Calculate impending losses and perform manual postings where applicable
  • Responsible for provisions (commercial rebates, HR related etc.) review for correctness and completeness (balance, utilization/non-utilization)
  • Responsible for salary related reconciliations
  • Responsible for write offs (documentation, gathering approvals, initiation of system flow)
  • Monitor local fiscal changes and assess the impact together with business/other CPL functions
  • Advise business from accounting and tax on specific projects and contracts

WHO YOU ARE

  • Good level of Romanian & English language
  • Business Studies degree, preferable in finance and accounting. Professional education in financial accounting.
  • Several years working experience in finance and/or accounting dept. or other similar positions
  • Thorough knowledge of Bayer Group reporting requirements, IFRS, local tax and accounting laws
  • Advanced ERP / BI knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Familiar with MS office and related software
  • Language skills: Local language and English fluently
